Chief Commercial Officer

Kharisma is Chief Commercial Officer of Telin, the international arm of Telkom Indonesia, a post he has held since August 2021. He leads a team of more than a hundred people across thirteen countries and has more than twenty-five years in telecommunications, spent expanding the company’s global presence among wholesale carriers and enterprise customers. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Telin USA, Vice President for Carrier and Enterprise across the Americas-Pacific and EMEA regions, and Chief Marketing Officer of Telin Australia, and in 2023 became Chairman of the Board of Telin USA and a board member of Telin Singapore. He holds a bachelor’s degree in telecommunication engineering and a master’s degree in management of information systems from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
