Vivek Aggarwal is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Procurement, Manufacturing and Technical Services at Olam Agri, the Singapore-headquartered food, feed and fibre business of the Olam Group. In this role he leads procurement, manufacturing and technical services for a company at the centre of global food and agri-trade flows, handling more than 40 million metric tonnes of volume each year. The Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC) has held a stake in Olam Agri since 2022. He also served on the judging panel of the Procurement Leaders Asia Pacific Procurement Awards in 2024.
