Siva Kumar Kota is the Global Head of Technology at Gradiant and leads its Global Innovation Center in Abu Dhabi. He has over 18 years of industrial water experience, working for multinationals such as GE, PepsiCo, and Suez. Over the years he has worked with wastewater from industries including semiconductors, food and beverage, energy, refining and chemicals, and desalination. He earned his master's degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai.
