Shabir Bhat is a chemical engineer with more than 17 years in process design, process engineering and the execution of water and wastewater treatment projects. He has worked with Fortune 500 oil and gas companies, utilities and technology organisations, delivering solutions built to meet exacting technical specifications. His core work covers the development of process schemes, the preparation of mass and energy balances, equipment sizing, system optimisation and design review across desalination and advanced water treatment applications. He also works in proposal engineering and techno-commercial evaluation, where the accuracy of a cost estimate decides whether a technical submission is competitive. He has supported projects from concept and front-end engineering design through detailed engineering and execution, with an emphasis on performance, reliability and lifecycle efficiency.
