Saleh Ibrahim Alzowayeed is the General Manager of Media and Communications at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) and a strategic communications professional with more than 13 years of experience in government communications, corporate communications, and media strategy. Throughout his career, he has led communication strategies and media campaigns for major national initiatives and strategic projects, with expertise in corporate branding, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and leading high-performing communications teams. He has also overseen local and international media campaigns supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. He currently leads Media and Communications at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, overseeing the development of the organization's media strategy and institutional messaging to support strategic projects and strengthen the Commission's public profile. Previously, he served as a General Manager of Communications and Official Spokesperson at the Transport General Authority, chaired the Media Committee for the Transport and Logistics Ecosystem during Hajj, and held leadership positions at the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers and the Social Development Bank.
