Ray Eglington

Founding Partner and Group Managing Director

Ray Eglington is Founding Partner and Group Managing Director of Four Agency Worldwide, which he founded in 2001 with Nan Williams and Ainir Williams, and studied at the University of Birmingham. He leads the agency's communications practice globally and its Middle East operations between Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Riyadh, and has more than thirty years of experience leading award-winning campaigns, managing crisis communications and media training, alongside leading the agency's Future Industries practice covering smart cities, energy, biotechnology and space. He has spent close to 22 years at the group, and has chaired the Middle East Public Relations Association.
