Abir Habbal is Chief AI and Data Officer for the Middle East at Accenture, with more than 13 years of experience developing and implementing national data and AI strategies to drive economic development and improve government services. She leads Accenture's data and AI strategy in the region and major transformation programs across the public and enterprise sectors, and has co-authored reports indicating that generative AI could add more than $10.5 trillion in economic value by 2038 if adopted responsibly and at scale.
