Raúl García Fernández

Director of Engineering

Raúl García Fernández is the Cox Water Engineering Director, bringing more than 22 years of specialized experience in the water industry. Since earning his engineering degree from the University of Málaga, he has dedicated his career to the design and construction of water treatment plants and critical water infrastructure worldwide. He served as Engineering Manager for the Taweelah Desalination Plant, currently the largest reverse osmosis desalination facility in the world. He now leads the Cox Water engineering department, directing the full development of all Cox Water projects.
