Paul Sciuto

Executive Officer

Paul Sciuto is the Executive Officer of Monterey One Water, a regional wastewater and water reuse utility serving northern Monterey County on the Central Coast of California. Having spent his career as a professional engineer focused exclusively on potable water, wastewater, and recycled water, he brings extensive technical expertise to a region isolated from state and federal water projects. His leadership resulted in the first potable reuse facility in northern California. He sits on the Board of Directors for the WateReuse Association and is a member of the Public and Private Utility Advisory Committee for the International Desalination and Reuse Association.
