Nobuyuki Masumoto

Group Leader, Water Treatment Membrane Sales Unit

Since 2024 Nobuyuki Masumoto has led membrane business development and overseas sales at TOYOBO MC Corporation, a joint venture between TOYOBO and Mitsubishi Corporation, covering reverse osmosis, brine concentration, forward osmosis and pressure retarded osmosis membranes built on TOYOBO MC's own manufacturing technology. He joined TOYOBO in 2008 and began his career in the water treatment membrane business, working in technical service until 2018. From 2019 to 2024 he served as Chief Technical Officer of the Arabian Japanese Membrane Company, the joint venture between TOYOBO and ITOCHU Plantech in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he led membrane business development and sales across the MENA region for TOYOBO's membrane technologies. He holds a bachelor's degree from Shinshu University in Japan.
