President

Nayef Bin Humaid is President and Chairman of the Board of the Saudi Baseball and Softball Federation, established by the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee in December 2020 after he was asked to build a governing body for the sport as part of the Vision 2030 expansion of sporting activity. He had spent about ten years in the United States near Washington DC while completing his bachelor's and master's degrees, where his interest in the game began. In 2023 he signed the agreement for the Kingdom's first baseball field in Diriyah, and in 2024 a partnership with Baseball United to develop the national team and bring professional baseball to Saudi Arabia with franchises representing Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
