Julia Leroy
Process and Innovation Engineer
Julia Leroy is an innovation and process design engineer at SUEZ, specialising in advanced water reuse technologies. She holds a chemical engineering degree from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne in France and completed an Erasmus exchange at Technische Universität Braunschweig in Germany. She has led pilot-scale studies on granular activated carbon for the removal of micropollutants, and has experience in both drinking water and wastewater treatment. Her current work centres on managing reverse osmosis pilot units, conventional and batch alike, and on developing integrated membrane bioreactor and reverse osmosis treatment schemes that improve the performance of water reuse.
