Jane Eagle
Inclusion Manager
Jane Eagle has 27 years of experience in inclusive education across every phase from the early years to post-16, within UK and US curricula, in the United Kingdom and the Middle East. Her career spans classroom practice, senior leadership and strategic inclusion roles, supporting schools to embed inclusive, future-ready approaches that improve outcomes for all learners, with a strong commitment to neurodiversity, wellbeing and equitable access. She specializes in helping schools design neurodiversity-affirming classrooms in which inclusive practice is built into high-quality teaching rather than relying on individual support alone, translating research into practical classroom strategies, developing teacher confidence and strengthening whole-school systems. She has extensive experience supporting students with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, social, emotional and mental health needs and complex learning profiles, and she empowers educators and leaders through professional learning, coaching and collaborative problem-solving.
