David Warsinger

Associate Professor

David Warsinger is an Associate Professor at Purdue University, whose research uses thermofluids and materials science to improve the performance and capabilities of sustainable membrane technologies, especially desalination. He completed his PhD with Prof. John Lienhard and a postdoc at Yale with Professors Menachem Elimelech and Jaehong Kim. He has over 140 scientific contributions comprising journal papers, conference papers, patents, and book chapters, has won 11 international awards for young scientists, and receives over 1300 citations per year.
