Belarmino Van-Dúnem is a Senior Control Systems and Instrumentation Engineer at Sonangol E&P, Angola's national oil company. With more than 13 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, he has led maintenance and project management activities focused on instrumentation, ICSS upgrades and digitalisation across Sonangol's operated assets. He began his career in 2012 as an instrumentation trainee at the Santa Terezinha Alcohol and Sugar Plant in Brazil. He holds a degree in Control Systems and Automation Engineering and an MBA in Production Engineering, and is also a music and art enthusiast, traveler and lifelong learner.
