Nsaaim Alotaibi

Nsaaim Alotaibi leads the artificial intelligence portfolio at the Saudi Ministry of Health, directing the artificial intelligence department attached to Seha Virtual Hospital, one of the Ministry's flagship digital care programmes. She has more than fifteen years of experience across data governance, information technology solutions and strategic innovation, and has led multidisciplinary teams that modernised legacy systems and put artificial intelligence solutions and Microsoft-based platforms into production across the health system. She holds a master's degree in data analytics with artificial intelligence and carries professional certifications in project management, objectives and key results, strategic business planning and the balanced scorecard. A recurring voice at regional technology gatherings on artificial intelligence governance and enterprise adoption, she is also an advocate for women's leadership in technology and for widening the participation of Saudi women in artificial intelligence and data careers.
