Huda Ahmed Mohsen is Chief of Information Technology at the Ministry of Information in Bahrain, and an engineer by training. She oversees the technical infrastructure of a government media body, a class of asset that cybersecurity literature counts as critical infrastructure not because it runs a plant but because disrupting it or compromising its content strikes public trust directly: broadcast and publishing systems, media archives, digital platforms and official accounts. Women in government IT leadership across the Gulf states remain few, which makes her position in a sovereign ministry notable.
