Anis Tabka

Senior Vice President, Procurement and Contracts

Anis Tabka is Senior Vice President, Procurement and Contracts at Expo City Dubai, the city that grew out of the Expo 2020 Dubai site. He was appointed Chief Procurement Officer of Expo 2020 Dubai in 2019, taking responsibility for procurement and supply chain across an event that went on to receive more than 24 million visits. A defining change under his leadership was merging the Contracts and Procurement functions into a single department, a move aimed at the pain points of internal customers and at making both teams more efficient and agile, while building trust with suppliers so that they felt part of the Expo journey. Before Expo, he built his procurement career with major multinational enterprises across several continents, most recently Siemens and du.
