Amrith Giridhar

Global Head of Applications

Amrith Giridhar leads the global applications function at Cerafiltec, a German manufacturer of flat-sheet ceramic membranes for water and wastewater treatment. His applications remit covers groundwater, surface water, seawater pretreatment and industrial wastewater. He joined Cerafiltec in 2021 after seven years at DuPont Water Solutions, where he moved from sales and applications to technical manager for India and South East Asia and then to technical services and development. He began his career as a sales and marketing engineer with the Indian water treatment contractor VA Tech Wabag. He holds a master's degree in industrial chemistry from the Technical University of Munich, taken through its Singapore programme, and a bachelor's degree in chemical technology.
