Adrien de Saint Germain has spent his career inside the Veolia group, moving through procurement and operations. He was procurement director for the Middle East at Veolia Water Technologies, and later held the procurement directorship and then the operations directorship at SIDEM, the group's business unit for large-scale desalination, which builds and operates both thermal and membrane plants. He now heads that unit.
