Abdurahman Afia

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Abdurahman Afia is founder and chief executive of Afia Partners, a boutique leadership development and team building firm working with organisations across the Gulf, the United Kingdom and the wider Middle East and North Africa. His experience combines seventeen years in academia with more than fifteen years in senior leadership roles. He founded the firm to close the gap between knowing and doing after concluding that many leadership programmes lean too heavily on theory. He is a published author, keynote speaker and executive coach, and is followed by more than three million people across social platforms.
