About the event
The 20th Real Estate Development Summit - Saudi Arabia takes place over two days, 11 and 12 November 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah, bringing together developers, investors, architects, hotel operators and global solution providers active in the Kingdom's real estate and hospitality sector.
Session content is built around the Kingdom's real estate market, which the organiser values at about 79 billion US dollars in 2026 and projects to reach nearly 114 billion dollars by 2031 as regulatory reforms widen institutional participation and speed up project delivery. Rather than an open exhibition floor, the two days are structured around pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings that match each delegate's project needs with relevant global solution providers, architects and consultants.
Attendance is by invitation only and follows a request submitted through the summit's website, with separate tracks for supplier and buyer delegates; accepted participants receive their meeting schedule and event details ahead of the two days in Jeddah.
