Ian Norman Miller is a Senior Executive Project Director at Saudi Binladin Group (SBG), one of Saudi Arabia's oldest and largest construction conglomerates. He has been closely involved with the Jeddah Tower project, the mile-high skyscraper under construction in Jeddah, overseeing construction milestones and quality on site. His earlier career spans senior roles at international contractors including Tutor Perini, DC International, The Walsh Group, Pernix Group and Fluor, giving him experience delivering complex high-rise and infrastructure works across multiple markets. He was educated at Newcastle University's School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape. His session addresses the heavy-lift and logistics planning that giga-scale vertical construction projects in the Kingdom demand.
