Saud Alsulaimani is Country Head and Head of Capital Markets for JLL in Saudi Arabia, leading the firm's development advisory, transactional advisory, asset and property management, and project and development consultancy services in the Kingdom. Before joining JLL he was an executive director at the Tourism Development Fund, where he led the Real Estate and Hospitality department and oversaw investment initiatives supporting the growth of Saudi Arabia's tourism sector. He was previously a partner at Knight Frank, heading real estate valuation and advisory for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain and advising investors, developers and government entities on large-scale projects. Earlier in his career, Alsulaimani was a member of the Real Estate and Infrastructure team at the Public Investment Fund, contributing to transformational projects including NEOM, The Red Sea Project, King Abdullah Financial District, Qiddiya and ROSHN. He also serves as an independent board member for several organizations, including Nama Capital, Mawten Real Estate Company, Al-Rajhi REIT and SNB Capital's Special Real Estate Fund.
