Construction Manager

Zaid Ihab Elayan is Construction Manager at Teef Najd Group, currently leading construction on the Royal Diriyah Opera House, one of the Kingdom's flagship cultural projects. Over eight years in the façade industry, he has specialised in glazing and aluminium systems and has recently broadened his expertise into stone cladding. As a project manager, he has delivered building envelope works on major Riyadh projects, including the glazing works at the Riyadh Metro Qasr Al-Hokm Station, the stucco and glazing works at the King Salman Park Royal Arts Complex and the full building envelope of the KAFD Parcel 112 tower. His hands-on experience across multiple envelope systems gives him a contractor's view of what it takes to deliver complex, custom façades in Saudi Arabia, including coordinating with local fabricators and supply chains and meeting giga-project specifications on site.
