Nicolaas Kort is a façade specialist and mechanical engineer with over 35 years of experience in system design and bespoke project engineering. He began his career in 1986 as a project manager on the Nationale Nederlanden office building, then joined Reynolds Aluminium Holland in 1991 as a systems designer for aluminium windows, doors and curtain wall systems. He brought this expertise in aluminium systems to EFP International B.V. in 2006 and has since led the design of bespoke façade solutions, combining technical precision with creativity to develop new profiles and accessories. He works closely with the market to understand customer requirements, treating every project as a true collaboration grounded in rigorous testing and hands-on training. His work has been instrumental in delivering major façade projects across Saudi Arabia, including Majdoul Tower, the Fairmont Hotel and King Khalid International Airport.
