Dr. Samia bint Musaid Almutairi is Health Performance Centre ambassador and supervisor of healthcare quality indicators at the Taif branch of the Saudi Ministry of Health, and holds a doctorate in nursing administration philosophy. She specialises in healthcare quality, excellence leadership and institutional performance improvement, with extensive experience leading strategic initiatives, governance, patient safety and health transformation programmes, and she leads initiatives that develop performance and raise the quality of health services in line with best practice. She sits on the board of the Saudi Nurses Association and chairs its social engagement and public relations committee. Alongside her doctorate she holds professional certifications in healthcare quality, project management and Six Sigma methodology, including Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, Project Management Professional, and Lean Six Sigma Black and Green Belts.
