Elisabetta Zanoletti

Full Professor of Otorhinolaryngology

Elisabetta Zanoletti is full professor in the Department of Neuroscience at the University of Padova and head of the otoneurosurgery unit within the ENT clinic of the Padova hospital. Her research areas are otology, otoneurology, otoneurosurgery and lateral skull base surgery, and the basic oncology of rare diseases. The unit treats benign and malignant lesions of the lateral skull base and cerebellopontine angle, including vestibular schwannoma and neurofibromatosis type 2. Her publications on cochlear implantation include studies of implants in vestibular schwannoma (2022) and in intralabyrinthine schwannoma (2023), and work on simultaneous bilateral implants in children.
