Domenico Cuda

Domenico Cuda is director of the otorhinolaryngology department at the Guglielmo da Saliceto Hospital in Piacenza, Italy, a unit recognised for cochlear implant surgery in which about sixty percent of patients are children, most with congenital deafness. He edited a monograph on cochlear implants for the Italian Association of Hospital Otolaryngologists (AOOI) and is among the authors of the Italian clinical practice guidelines on cochlear implant procedures in adults, issued by the Italian Society of Otorhinolaryngology and the Italian Society of Audiology and Phoniatrics. He also appears in the University of Parma research repository among the authors of work on a registry of cochlear implant patients (2011).
