Doaa Fathallah

Chief Operating Officer

Doaa Fathallah is Chief Operating Officer of Marken, UPS Healthcare's precision logistics business, where she leads sales, business strategy, information-technology strategy and business analytics across regional operations in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, as well as its Advanced Therapies and Patient-Centric Services divisions. She has more than two decades of healthcare-logistics and pharmaceutical experience, having served as Marken's General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer since 2011 while also leading its Patient-Centric Services division and Polar Speed. Before Marken she was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Patheon, and Vice President and General Counsel for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, having begun her career as an associate at Foley & Lardner and later at Paul Hastings in Los Angeles. She holds a Juris Doctorate from the USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in marketing and management from the USC Marshall School of Business.
