Construction Technology ConFeX KSA 2027
About the event
New date: the organiser has moved Construction Technology ConFeX KSA to 21 April 2027 at the Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention Centre, from its earlier date of 14 December 2026. It brings together project owners, developers, industrial operators, contractors, EPCs, consultants and technology providers, with more than 1,400 attendees, 160 speakers and 60 exhibitors expected.
The conference examines how technology is changing the delivery of buildings, cities, infrastructure, energy, utilities and industrial facilities, from design and engineering through construction to commissioning and handover. Its themes include AI in project delivery, digital engineering, BIM and digital twins, predictive cost and schedule controls, reality capture and real-time site visibility, industrialised, modular and offsite construction, and robotics and automation. It runs alongside the co-located Data Centre Technology ConFex and the Construction Technology Awards.
Attendance is by paid delegate pass under two categories, one for suppliers, vendors and technology providers and another for project owners, operators, contractors and consulting and engineering firms; passes cover the conference sessions and the co-located exhibition.
