Build Your House Exhibition Saudi 2026
About the event
Build Your House Exhibition Saudi 2026 opens at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC) from 10 to 12 November 2026, running daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and arrives as the first Saudi edition of a trade platform that connects the various parts of the house-building industry with the Saudi market. The organiser describes the show as inspired by the established Build Your House Qatar, carrying that format into a market where housing activity is expanding rapidly. The exhibition runs as a combined B2C and B2B event, opening its floor to companies and individual visitors at the same time, a format that remains uncommon among specialised exhibitions in the Kingdom.
The floor is organised into five dedicated sectors covering government entities, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and general services and smart solutions, so that visitors can source building materials, products, services and equipment for construction, renovation and interior design projects in one place. The show is aimed at Saudi nationals, investors and direct buyers, alongside architects, civil engineers, contractors, interior designers, property developers, purchasing managers, real estate agents and urban planners, while the exhibitor listings span building structure and foundations, doors, windows and facades, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, insulation and waterproofing, sanitary ware, lighting and electrical, indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchen fittings, ceramics and marble, through to smart home systems, security and fire protection, solar energy and green building materials.
Inspire for Home KSA runs alongside the exhibition in the same venue and on the same dates, covering home decor, lifestyle products and gifts, so that a single visit extends from building materials through to furnishing and fitting out the home. The show is positioned against the Kingdom's housing sector reform under Vision 2030, where the organiser frames the opportunity around 300,000 housing units to be built over the next five years and a population reaching 49.6 million by 2030, and points to the Sakani programme that helps citizens own a first home through subsidised financing, together with the Mullak programme, real estate tax exemptions, reduced down payments and new mortgage products, all within the target of raising home ownership among Saudi families to 70% by 2030. No visitor admission fee has been announced so far, while an interest form on the official website receives visitors who wish to attend, and companies interested in exhibiting or sponsoring apply through the dedicated participation forms.
