About the event
The GBB Investment Summit - Saudi Arabia takes place on 10 November 2026 at The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah, bringing together international and local investors around high-value opportunities across the Kingdom's residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality real estate sectors.
The summit takes place against Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 economic transformation, a giga-project pipeline exceeding USD 1.3 trillion, a new foreign real estate ownership law, and a decade of mega-events culminating in the 2034 FIFA World Cup. The day opens with a keynote on the Kingdom's next era of global capital, followed by a market update session and a session on tokenization's arrival in Saudi real estate, alongside sector presentations from real estate companies, and is built around pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings connecting investors with developers, property owners, hotel operators, and consultants.
Attendance is by invitation only, through an application submitted via the summit's website and reviewed by the organiser before an invitation is issued.
