Asim Al-Rajhi serves as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rimthan in Saudi Arabia, a venture-building and corporate-strategy firm that blends venture execution with corporate strategy to guide companies on the path to discovery and innovation. Rimthan delivers its services through two main streams: corporate venture-building, which develops new products and revenue lines outside a company's core business, and growth strategy and execution, which identifies competencies and helps enter new markets. The firm's team includes 13 core members, comprising serial founders and strategic-transformation experts. Al-Rajhi brings layered leadership experience accumulated across distinguished organisations, having previously held senior roles at Estars Studios, the World Economic Forum, Mustaqbal University, and Creative Dock, the European venture-building specialist. The Rimthan name draws on the legacy of Bin Rimthan, the legendary Saudi guide who in the 1930s navigated the early geologist explorers who discovered the country's oil fields, signalling the firm's role in unlocking hidden value and guiding growth pathways for Saudi and regional enterprises. Al-Rajhi completed an executive education programme in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Stanford University in the United States in 2020-2021, an academic experience that has informed his orientation toward corporate venture-building. He is regarded as an influential Saudi voice in venture-building and in enabling digital and strategic transformation within large enterprises. He operates within Saudi Arabia's expanding entrepreneurship ecosystem, which is undergoing rapid development under the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to diversify the economy and empower national talent in innovation and entrepreneurship.
