Director, Studies and Innovation

An engineer serving as Director of Studies and Innovation at the Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center, with more than eight years of experience across smart infrastructure, mobility, energy, water and project delivery, and fluent in Arabic, English and German. At the centre he oversees the studies track, the adoption of digital solutions and the coordination tools used between authorities. Among his files is the contractor accreditation framework, which assesses technical capability, experience and compliance before infrastructure works are awarded, with the aim of building a trusted contractor ecosystem that raises construction quality, safety and accountability. The centre supports this work with a project database covering more than 200,000 projects in the region.
