CEO and Chairman of Surfin Meta Digital Technology, the Singapore-headquartered fintech he founded in 2017 to serve the underserved, with a product suite spanning consumer loans and credit cards, the Ayolinx payments platform and the Easy Link remittance service, serving more than twenty million customers across three continents. He began his career as a research scientist at IBM's T.J. Watson Research Center and Los Alamos National Lab, then spent thirteen years as a senior portfolio manager at TD Bank managing thirty billion dollars in assets, before moving to Asia as Head of Quantitative Investment at Citic-Prudential managing four billion dollars.
