Tania Al Jaroudy

Tania Al Jaroudy is Director of Innovation at Makers Learning School International in Riyadh, a Conscious Discipline school. With a background in industrial design from Parsons School of Design at The New School, she combines design thinking, technology and creative problem-solving to build future-ready learning environments. She holds several Conscious Discipline certifications, including leadership and autism, and has more than ten years of experience coaching leadership teams, educators, parents and students. She specializes in social-emotional learning, executive functions and emotional intelligence, helping schools develop resilient, compassionate cultures, and she runs workshops on Conscious Discipline, design thinking, innovation and makerspaces, extending her work to refugee camps and underserved communities.
