Senior Partner and Global Coleader of the Banking Practice

Stephanie Hauser is a senior partner at McKinsey & Company and global co-leader of its banking and securities practice, based in London. The practice includes more than 1,100 partners across all regions and covers corporate and investment banking, payments, retail and small business banking, fintech, wealth and asset management, and financial data, infrastructure and technology. She serves clients on strategy, digital and productivity programmes, covering corporate strategy, business building, cost reduction and operational efficiency, customer experience, sales and distribution, product portfolio renewal, international expansion and mergers and acquisitions. Before her current role she led McKinsey's UK financial services practice and its global retail banking practice, and served as chief financial officer for the firm's European region. She studied at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
