Soha Kamel is an educational leader with more than 16 years of experience in education, including 11 years at Riyadh Schools as a science teacher and head of department. She is Head of the Science Department and MAP Test Leader, overseeing assessment implementation, data analysis and academic improvement strategies, and she coordinates the Mawhiba Gifted Students Program, leading initiatives that identify, nurture and support gifted and talented learners through enrichment programmes, competitions and advanced academic opportunities. She works closely with school leadership, teachers, students and parents to secure outcomes aligned with national and international standards, and she is recognized for her contributions to teacher development, assessment leadership and gifted education.
