Simon Hardie is the co-founder and chief executive of Findexable, a digital platform for measuring, interpreting and benchmarking fintech activity and the home of the Global Fintech Index, which ranks cities and countries by the maturity of their ecosystems. He has two decades of experience producing financial intelligence content, research and events for global financial publishers including The Economist, Euromoney Institutional Investor and IFR, part of the Thomson Reuters Group, as well as boutique research publishers and media companies across Europe and the Middle East. He was a director of banking events at the publishing house VRL, now Global Data, before founding Eurasia Insights, a communications and content business focused on emerging Europe, the Middle East and Turkey. He is a regular speaker, moderator and writer on growth markets, digital innovation and technology ecosystem development.
