Shams Moloo is chief development officer at THA by ARMONIA, a staffing and hospitality company operating in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia across large-scale events, cultural destinations, retail environments and premium guest experiences. His work covers strategic development and business growth for the company. His earlier experience includes managing the design and build of a luxury hotel and leading the entertainment component of a major international event, and he previously served as senior manager for strategy at Meydan Group, responsible for developing and executing strategic plans. He has spoken publicly on the relationship between organisational strategy, people and delivery performance, including the Saudi pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka.
