Natalie Crampton is the founder and director of TEC, a full-service event management agency she opened in Dubai in 2008 under the name The Event Company. With more than twenty years in the industry, she has delivered work for clients including HSBC, Meta, DHL, Audi and Bloomberg. The agency expanded to Doha in 2011 following Qatar's successful World Cup bid, and now operates across five continents from a Dubai head office with a team of event managers and creatives. She also lectures in event management at the Dubai College of Tourism and sits on the jury panels of several international event awards.
