Sélim Chidiac is an independent board director and former global CEO with more than 30 years of experience leading and scaling consumer and retail businesses across four continents. As CEO of L'Azurde, he led the restructuring, transformation and public listing of the largest vertically integrated jewelry house in the Middle East, and before that was CEO of Red Bull North America, then Red Bull Japan, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. He holds independent board seats at Jamjoom Fashion, where he chairs the nominations and remuneration committee, at Theeb Rent a Car, where he chairs the executive committee, and at Rawaj Luxury Holding, with 20 years of board experience across listed, family-owned and private-equity-backed companies.
