Mohamad ElAnsari is Chief Executive Officer of Trendyol Gulf, one of the world's largest e-commerce platforms, which began in 2010 in Istanbul as a fashion store before becoming a multi-category online marketplace connecting sellers and brands with customers across Turkey, Germany, Central and Eastern Europe, Azerbaijan and the Gulf states. Before Trendyol, he held leadership roles at Cenomi, Careem and Strategy&, where at Careem he built partnerships with financial institutions and government entities to open financing to captains and set up marketplace platforms in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Pakistan, and at STC Channels he led the restructuring of a $500 million enterprise-communications business in Oman.
