Scarlett Sieber is Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Money20/20, leading the company's global product strategy and the development of its services for the fintech and financial services industry. She is the co-author, with Sophie Guibaud, of Embedded Finance: When Payments Become An Experience, published by Wiley, which examines how technology companies and brands around the world use embedded finance. Before Money20/20 she was a vice president at USAA, where she led a newly created business development initiative, chief innovation officer at Opus Bank responsible for digital strategy and transformation for the bank and its $15 billion trust subsidiary Pensco, and senior vice president of global business development at BBVA, where she helped secure partnerships and accelerate the bank's innovation strategy in the United States. She earlier co-founded the data visualisation start-up Infomous, where she was chief operating officer. She serves as a senior adviser to NASA and on the advisory board of Village Capital, and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Fordham University.
