A Saudi engineer serving as Acting Director of Road Coordination at the Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center, where he coordinates excavation and utility works across the capital’s road network between government authorities, developers and utility operators, reducing repeated road openings and their effect on traffic and pavement life. His work extends to detailed master planning that brings land use, mobility, infrastructure and public realm into a single deliverable framework. The centre has reported that this coordination saved more than 16 million square metres of asphalt surfacing in a single year.
