Robert Thorn

Principal

Robert Thorn is an intercultural and international educator and Principal of Belvedere British School in Abu Dhabi. He is also founding director of the non-profit Developing Real Learners and is building the Academy of Learner Development, organizations that aim to help individuals and communities transform education for themselves, so that students become lifelong learners, teachers and parents become guides and catalysts, classrooms become learning communities and schools become learning organizations in which young people shape their own education.
