Rachaa Ajami

Program Coordinator

Rachaa Ajami is an educational leader and Program Coordinator at Kingdom School with a background in science education, curriculum development and teacher professional learning. Since 2020 she has led and supported professional development in inquiry-based learning, project-based learning, the 5E instructional model, differentiation and concept-driven curriculum design, working with teachers, subject leaders and middle leaders to strengthen instructional practice, curriculum alignment and student-centred learning. Her experience includes designing and facilitating professional learning, coaching teachers, developing curriculum and assessment systems and supporting school-wide initiatives. She focuses on helping educators move beyond content coverage toward deeper conceptual understanding, critical thinking, student agency and the transfer of learning to authentic contexts, and on building collaborative, reflective professional learning cultures. She is developing her practice as a leader in concept-based curriculum and instruction.
