Phil Mathe is an international educator, senior leader and doctoral researcher working at the intersection of education, sport science and school strategy. He leads partnerships and growth within a British international school group, teaches IB Sport Science and has coordinated school esports programmes, guiding a team to world championship success. He is the author of Happiness Factories and Changemakers, which explore leadership, culture and impact in education.
