Co-Founder and CEO of Khazna, the Egyptian fintech he founded in 2019 with Fatma El Shenawy, Ahmed Wagueeh and Omar Salah, launching in 2020 to bring smartphone-based financial services to underbanked Egyptians. Under his leadership the company launched BNPL, bill-payment and prepaid-card solutions. He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Cairo University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, with prior senior fintech experience at WorldRemit.
